Bluefish named winner of Moffly Publications award

Moffly Publications have named the Bridgeport Bluefish as ‘Best Family Time’ and will honor the Bluefish during the fourth annual “Best of the Gold Coast 2008” event. This honor recognizes top businesses from the food/beverage, fashion, travel, goods/services, entertainment and sports industries. Readers, editors and staff of Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan /Darien Magazines and atHOME in Fairfield County Magazines selected the winners.

The “Best of the Gold Coast 2008” celebration is Wednesday, August 6th from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, CT. This event will raise funds to benefit Kids in Crisis. Kids in Crisis provides no fee services to children of all socio-economic backgrounds to protect them from abuse and family crisis.

The Bridgeport Bluefish are honored by their selection for this award from Moffly Publications. “We are very excited to have been chosen as ‘Best Family Time’ honoree and we look forward to maintaining a friendly, family fun, night out in our surrounding communities,” said General Manger Todd Marlin.
