Stamford, CT – Colliers International Connecticut announced that 151 Old Ridgefield Road, a recently constructed Class A mixed-use property in downtown Wilton, Connecticut, is 100 percent leased. The Conservatory of Dance, a private dance studio that offers classes for children and adults, signed a long-term, 3,600 square-foot lease for the building’s last available space, on the second floor.

“The Conservatory of Dance joins a roster of quality tenants at 151 Old Ridgefield Road, one of the only business locations in downtown Wilton,” said Jackie Pinyan-Durels, a Senior Managing Director with Colliers International Connecticut, who leads the leasing efforts on behalf of the building owner, Sun Plaza, LLC. “Because this property suits the charm of the town so well, matching the right tenant to the space was key. Downtown Wilton now has all the essentials of a New England town in one central location.”

Designed by local architect Joe Cugno, the 14,450-square-foot property is within walking distance to shops, banks and the Wilton Library, and is in close proximity to the Wilton Train Station. The three-story building is handicapped accessible and serviced by an elevator.

Other tenants at 151 Old Ridgefield Road include Steve’s Bagels and Café, Bianco Rosso, Sun Spa & Nail, and MaxDental. The Conservatory of Dance will relocate from its current location at 10 New Street in Wilton to its new space at 151 Old Ridgefield Road in August 2013.

Training students in Wilton since 1990, the Conservatory of Dance offers a diverse curriculum with classes ranging from classic ballet to hip hop and exercise. Classes cater to students as young as two-and-a-half through adult.
