The Moxie Project, a 6-month intensive executive bootcamp was recently launched specifically to develop female influencers by Moxie-Leaders, a boutique consulting firm providing contemporary leadership development coaching and comprehensive workshops for organizations looking to build their high potential female executives, and to reach gender equity at the senior leadership level.
Frustrated with the progression of women in leadership roles and old-school approaches to solving this business issue, founders, Denise D’Agostino, Ellen Keithline Byrne and Karen Kirchner, a team of leadership and organizational development experts recognized the demand for tailored programs. The dynamic trio design and execute innovative programs specifically for female leaders using their collective research and decades of corporate leadership consulting experience.
“We are determined to crush that proverbial glass ceiling - to help women rise up in today’s competitive world and make their mark,” states Ellen Keithline Byrne, PhD, Co-Founder.
Major financial institutions, tech companies, consulting organizations, non-profits and others are working with Moxie-Leaders to help advance mid to senior level executive women within their respective businesses. The Moxie Project combines executive coaching, skill building and the power of peer accountability to unlock potential in women and to accelerate career advancement. Program elements include: 360-degree assessments, intensive feedback, videotaping, one-on-one coaching, skill development and peer coaching.
Executives develop business critical areas such as strategic thinking, professional presence and self-confidence. Participants in the Moxie Project are challenged to overcome their self-imposed limits and to expand their influence. Outcomes include increased self-awareness, knowledge to overcome roadblocks and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
“We see women making breakthrough transformations, which is incredibly rewarding” said Karen Kirchner, MS, Co-Founder.” Denise D’Agostino, CEC, added,” Women left our last bootcamp with the ability to step outside their comfort zones and, as a result, they were speaking up, being invited to the table and getting promoted.”
Participants in The Moxie Project have included women with leadership experience who are on the fast track to greater responsibility. “The six months of the Moxie Project were incredibly valuable for me. Denise, Ellen and Karen have created a no-waste, high-impact leadership development program that drives results. Not only did I meet the goals I set out for myself at the onset, I was able to quickly surpass them,” stated an insurance company vice president who recently attended the flagship program.
The next 2019 executive intensive bootcamp begins January 29th, 2019 and will be hosted in Norwalk, CT.
