Norwalk, CT - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. is pleased to announce that Arlene Bubbico has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Norwalk office, located at 185 East Ave.

Previously, Bubbico served as sales manager in the New Canaan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. During her time there, the branch was named a Premier Office, the highest honor given to Coldwell Banker offices. In addition, four of the office’s sales associates ranked among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Top 100 in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.

“Arlene was a very successful sales associate in Norwalk and is excited to be returning to her hometown market on the management level,” said Nancy MacDonald, senior regional vice president, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Her success as a sales associate has given her the expertise to personally coach her team toward increased productivity and share her local knowledge.”

A realtor since 2002, Bubbico graduated from the Real Estate Principles and Practices program. After just three years in the business, Bubbico earned the title of #1 sales associate in her office. Her continued success provided her with the opportunity to manage the New Canaan Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales team in 2007. In addition to coaching and motivating her sales team, Bubbico is expert at corporate relocation and effective negotiating. Prior to her career in real estate, she held both sales and management positions in the business world as well as leadership roles in various volunteer venues.

Bubbico received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa, her native state. For the past 30 years, she and her husband have lived in Silvermine, a neighborhood made up of adjoining sections of Norwalk, New Canaan and Wilton. Their three children graduated from Norwalk High School.

The Norwalk/Rowayton office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is located at 185 East Ave. (203-853-3700)
