Nursing & Home Care and Mid-Fairfield Hospice have relocated the organization’s administrative offices from the Comstock Community Center to the new Health and Wellness Center of Norwalk Hospital at i.park. In doing so, the non-profit agency becomes part of a facility that houses a number of practicing physicians including Soundview Medical Associates, Cardiology Associates of Fairfield County, Women’s Healthcare of New England, The Center for Advanced Pediatrics, The Connecticut Dermatology Group, Arch Foot Care Podiatrists and Neuropsychology Consultants among others. “We are pleased and proud to be the only home care agency invited by Norwalk Hospital to join the many respected healthcare providers at this state-of-the-art medical complex at i.park,” said Agency President and CEO, Sharon M. Bradley, RN, MSN. “We look forward to continuing to serve the community from our new home at the Health and Wellness Center.” The building has been completely renovated since being vacated by its previous occupant, Perkin Elmer Corporation, and was remodeled to promote health and wellness. The modern, tranquil setting now features a two-story glass atrium with bamboo trees and a Japanese garden on the roof. Nursing & Home Care and Mid-Fairfield Hospice will hold an Open House in the Atrium at the Health & Wellness Center of Norwalk Hospital at i.park on Thursday, October 23, from 4 to 6 p.m. Friends of the agency and members of the community are invited to come and enjoy some light refreshments to help celebrate the agency’s new home.
