How to Diet Effectively – Topic at Waveny Care Center

Norwalk, CT - “How to Diet Effectively" is the next topic in the Waveny Care Center and Norwalk Hospital public lecture series to be presented at Waveny Care Center in New Canaan on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 4 p.m.

Cindy Sherlock, a registered dietitian with the Nutrition Services Department at Norwalk Hospital, will be the featured speaker. She will provide tips on eating right to help make dieting easy, effective and healthy.

She will also be the featured speaker during the next program in the series. On March 14 at 4 p.m. at Waveny Care, the topic will be “Decoding the Food Label.” Sherlock will provide tips on what the consumer should look for when reading food labels.

Following the programs, Sherlock will answer questions from the audience.
