Only 42 days remain for candidates to apply for a General Election Grant. The deadline is October 10th. The Commission has encouraged applicants to apply early to avoid missing critical deadlines which would result in failure to qualify for a General Election grant. Since the program was launched June 3, 2008, 21 candidates for State Senator and 95 candidates for State Representative have received grants from the Citizens' Election Program. © Copyright by NorwalkPlus.com.
