On March 22nd, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Patriot National Bank will host a speaking engagement/book signing at its Danbury Road, Wilton branch for health advocate and author, J. Alexander. Mr. Alexander’s book, “The Prehistoric Diet”, uses guidance gleaned from our ancestors to create a more natural path to good health--one without diets, pills, expensive gyms or complicated surgeries. Based on his own experiences, from overweight child wrought with allergies to the owner of one of Boston’s first health food stores, J. Alexander’s approach is one cited by Amazon.com as, “A discovery that will revolutionize our eating habits.”(www.ThePrehistoricDiet.com).

The branch is located at One Danbury Road on the Norwalk/Wilton town line. Refreshments will be served. Those interested in attending may RSVP by contacting branch manager Kevin Gilmartin at 203.210.2340 or kgilmartin@pnbk.com or by emailing ThePrehistoricDiet@gmail.com.
It is Patriot National Bank’s mission to offer a significant community-based alternative to larger banks and to provide personalized service to consumers and local businesses. Nationally chartered in 1994, Patriot National Bank currently has nineteen full-service branches located throughout Southern Connecticut and New York.
