The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) offers a wide variety of unique and affordable holiday gifts for children and adults. Whether you’re shopping for an avid hiker, birdwatcher, angler or hunter, the DEP Store has the ideal gift selection for any budget. Books for adults or children, pocket guides, maps, and other "environmental" gifts are available whether you shop online at www.ctdepstore.com or in person at 79 Elm Street, Hartford. Online orders placed by December 16, 2009 will arrive at your home in time for holiday gift giving.

DEP Online Sportsmen Licensing: Visit www.ct.gov/dep/sportsmenlicensing to purchase Connecticut fishing, hunting and trapping licenses, as well as all required deer, turkey, pheasant and migratory bird permits, stamps and tags. Licenses, permits, stamps and tags may be purchased as gifts, as long as the gift-giver has all required information.

State Park Vehicle Pass 2010: Allows unlimited vehicle access to any state park or recreation area that has a parking fee. Valid every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. $100.00(Non-resident $150.00)
