The 36th Annual Gateway Antique Auto Club Auto Show will be held Sunday, April 25th at Taylor Farm on Beach Road in Norwalk, Connecticut. Gates open at 8:00 a.m. and prizes are awarded at 3:00 p.m.. Rain date for the event is Sunday, May 2nd. First organized in 1974 as an Antique Auto Meet, the show today features not only some of the finest antique and classic vehicles in Connecticut, but sports cars and motorcycles as well. More than 400 combined entries and thousands of spectators are expected. Live entertainment will be provided.

The event is cosponsored with the Norwalk Exchange Club. "We encourage antique vehicle owners and enthusiasts to come enjoy our auto show and swap meet again this year," said Norwalk Exchange Club auto show committee chairman Joe Tamburro. "As always we expect to have some of the finest antique vehicles from Connecticut and neighboring states on display."

First, second and third place winners will receive awards in at least 40 classes of vehicles, including antiques, classics, rods, customs, special interest and antique motorcycles.

All net proceeds will benefit local child abuse prevention causes.

For a brochure including an Auto Show/Swap Meet registration form write to the Gateway Antique Auto Club, P.O. Box 3201, Darien, CT 06820, or call Jim Ferrara at 203-329-8271. Any further questions regarding the event may be emailed to autoshow@exchangeclub.com
