Proceeds to benefit Bolton’s charities for children & women at risk

A star-studded roster of celebrities will join acclaimed recording artist, writer, producer Michael Bolton and his band for the 15th Annual Michael Bolton Charities Benefit Concert at Stamford’s Rich Forum followed by Bolton’s Celebrity Golf Classic at Stamford’s Rockrimmon Country Club.

The Benefit Concert will be held on Sunday, September 16th with Sponsor/VIP reception starting at 5:00pm and awards/concert following at 7:45p.m. Music greats, Richard Marx, Dave Mason and Phoebe Snow and comedian Tom Dreesen are among the artists scheduled to perform. Special guests include Mistress of Ceremonies, Joan Lunden, plus Paul Williams, Jamie Farr, Matt McCoy, Alan Kalter, Larry Centers, Richard Kind, Melissa and Denis Petukhov, Spud Webb and others to be announced.

Greenwich resident, Joan Lunden, who for almost two decades helped millions greet the new day as host of ABC-TV’s “Good Morning America,” is returning for her 15th year as Mistress of Ceremonies for the Benefit Concert. The evening will also honor recording artist Phoebe Snow and longtime Michael Bolton Charities volunteer Pari Kreutter Hirsch, of Greenwich, CT.

VIP TICKETS for the 15th Annual Benefit Concert are $500 (VIP premium ORCHESTRA concert seating, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner & silent auction)or $250 (priority concert seating, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner & silent auction. On Monday, September 17th at 10:30 a.m. Bolton will host his Celebrity Golf Classic at Rockrimmon Country Club in Stamford, Connecticut. Spots in the Celebrity Golf Classic are available at $700 but are extremely limited. To reserve a spot or for additional information, call 203-483-6463.

Proceeds from both events will benefit The Michael Bolton Charities, Inc., which was established in 1993 to assist children and women at risk, by supporting such programs as: The Domestic Violence Hotline, Prevent Child Abuse America, Yale Child Study Center, The Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence-Hurricane

Katrina Fund, Kids in Crisis, The Domestic Violence Crisis Center and MENTORNational Mentoring Partnership. AMERICAN AIRLINES is the official airline of The Michael Bolton Charities and Presenting Sponsor.
