A long stamina building barre, and well rounded center will be given with special attention to movement as an adult. “In today’s hectic world, there are so many benefits for continuing dance education well into our adult life. The music, the memorization and the mathematics of the steps and most of all the physical effort and its benefits contributes to the adult’s health, love of movement, and self growth,” says Nancy Schwartz.

Performance Dance is conveniently located off I-95 on exit 16.
