Lindsey Buckingham is a multi-platinum enigma and one of the founding members of the group Fleetwood Mac, but yet, somewhat mysterious. However, what is not mysterious about this visionary singer and guitarist, is how he mesmerizes the crowd while singing hits such as "Go Your Own Way," "Tusk" and other great songs from his Fleetwood Mac days in addition to his new solo singles. He will do just that at The Ridgefield Playhouse for Movies and the Performing Arts on Wednesday, October 15 at 8 p.m., just one month after the release of his new album, "Gift of Screws." An AllShows.com VIP Party Pass ($50 upgrade) is available for this show, which includes a cocktail party from 6:30-7:30 p.m. as well as VIP parking and, when available, a meet and greet with the artist.

"Gift of Screws" is Buckingham's first album since 2006's acoustically focused "Under The Skin." Mixing the immediacy of the best of his contributions to Fleetwood Mac with experimental production flourishes, highlights of the set include "Bel Air Rain," "Time Precious Time," "Underground," "Love Runs Deeper" and "Treason." "You could certainly say this album is a distillation of a number of periods of time, some false starts to make albums, certainly some songs that go back a number of years, all combined with brand-new songs and a whole other outlook," explains Buckingham.

For tickets ($85) or more information, call the box office at (203) 438-5795 or go to www.ridgefieldplayhouse.org. The Ridgefield Playhouse is located at 80 East Ridge, which runs parallel to Main Street.
