The law of gravity says, "everything that goes up must come down." However, in Mr. Fish's The Anti-Gravity Show, things start to spin and everything changes. This scientific, but yet entertaining show will be at The Ridgefield Playhouse as part of its Arts in Education program on Tuesday, May 19 at both 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The Anti-Gravity Show is underwritten by Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation, Inc. and the Philip H. and Christine Lodewick Foundation, Union Savings Bank and The Wadsworth Lewis Trust Fund.

The spinning Australian bull roar is a musical instrument which demonstrates sound waves. Peacock feathers explain balance. A floating beach ball explains flight. It is like a circus, and Mr. Fish (John James Lepiarz) is indeed a longtime professional circus performer, having toured with the Big Apple Circus for 7 years.

For tickets ($10) and further information about the Arts in Education program, call the box office at 203-438-5795. The Playhouse is at 80 East Ridge, parallel to Main Street.
