If laughter is the best medicine, then Reilly is just what the doctor ordered
Dave Reilly
They say laughter is the best medicine. And while laughter can’t cure all that ails, there’s just nothing like a good guffaw to lighten the load.

On Friday, Sept. 12, the National MS Society, Connecticut Chapter will host its second annual MS Comedy Night featuring comedian Dave Reilly, who has made appearances on MTV and FOX and performed nationwide to sold-out audiences. The night of hilarity will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Cromwell, Conn., at 7 p.m. The show includes a VIP reception featuring an open bar and hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m. Special VIP tickets are $75 per person but just $60 per person if purchased in advance in special four packs. General admission is $40 per person but just $30 per person if purchased in advance in sets of four.

Proceeds will benefit the more than 6,000 Connecticut residents battling the potentially debilitating effects of multiple sclerosis (MS). The effects of MS are unpredictable. Symptoms can include numbness and tingling in the extremities, difficulties with vision and speech, stiffness, fatigue and, in some severe cases, total paralysis. The progress, severity, and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot be predicted, and there is no cure.

Funds raised through events, such as the MS Comedy Night, ensure ongoing scientific research to find a cure and provide for the continuation of vital programs and services offered by the Connecticut Chapter to residents statewide diagnosed with MS.

If laughter is the best medicine, Dave Reilly is just what the doctor ordered. To learn more about Dave Reilly and his show, please visit www.davereilly.com.
