Calf Pasture Beach offers free entertainment
Gunsmoke
Gunsmoke will perform at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6 (rain date the following night), at Calf Pasture Beach as part of the free summer entertainment program organized by the Norwalk Department of Recreation and Parks. A parking fee of $5.00 will be charged for cars without a Norwalk beach sticker. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and comfortable seating for each of these events.

The award-winning Gunsmoke has been entertaining County & Western music fans in the Northeast for more than 20 years. The band now is receiving national attention after its performance on “Ernest Tubb’s Midnight Jamboree,” America’s second longest-running radio show, which is broadcast from Nashville, TN, following “The Grand Ole Opry.” Members of the band are Jeff DeMaio (steel guitar), Nick DeMaio Sr. (acoustic guitar), Nick DeMaio III (bass guitar), Gary Tokarz (drums) and Scott Tyler (electric guitar).

Concerts may be added and/or dates changed.
