Odonnell Company, a New Haven-based full-service marketing agency, has moved to a new location on Chapel Street.

Odonnell Company is participating in the on-going revitalization of Ninth Square in the downtown area, where energy abounds as new restaurants, galleries and shops emerge. Odonnell Company has relocated its offices to the historic Monson Building located at 760 Chapel Street which has recently undergone a major rehabilitation by Olympia Properties.

Olympia had hoped they would find a creative group to occupy this artistic space. “Odonnell Company is an ideal fit for 760 Chapel Street; we wanted to find a tenant that would maximize what this space has to offer,” according to Chris Nicotra of Olympia Properties.

“We are committed to keeping our growing agency in New Haven; we are excited about the positive activities we see happening in this city. We will occupy 7,000 square feet, which provides us a great space for a creative group to work and grow,” said Dan O’Donnell, one of the company’s partners.

Formerly Bus Design Co., Odonnell Company is owned and managed by three siblings who, as natives of southern Connecticut, have strong ties to the area. The agency has a lengthy track record of success for clients locally – including Yale New Haven Health and the Housing Authority of New Haven – as well as numerous national and multi-national corporations and non-profit organizations, such as GE and United Way.
