Friends of the late Herb Davison will honor his memory with an afternoon of poetry hosted by local poet Ira Joe Fisher at The Ferguson Library Sunday, November 8 at 2 p.m.    Local poets from Curley’s Diner and Poem Alley will share their work.

The program will be held in the Main Library Third Floor Auditorium.  A reception will follow.  Generously supported by the Friends of Ferguson.

Herb Davison died last February after being assaulted in a downtown Stamford parking garage.  The 79-year-old retired engineer and poetry enthusiast was a regular participant at the Ferguson’s South End Branch book discussion group.
