Dana and Nick Bilello are young, intense and love the restaurant business where they\'ve spent their working lives. Having a little one of their own, they\'ve created a family-friendly atmosphere with burgers like no others. Of course you can get a very delicious beef or cheeseburger, it\'s better to be adventurous. The winter/holiday menu is replete with artisan breads and organic, gourmet burgers. BB&B also offer 19 delicious toppings for burgers as well as specialty combos.

Festive holiday offerings will include buffalo, wild boar, duck, and elk burgers. There will also be burgers stuffed with quail and pheasant. Many game burgers will be dressed with house-made jams and sauces, including tangelo marmalade, blueberry honey and other delicious specialties. Fancy burgers will be embellished with black truffle mousse and/or foie gras.

At a recent wine dinner, BB&B previewed on of many party menus. The first course was mini corn dogs with two dips and hard cider. The group of 20 went on to iceberg lettuce salads with bacon, corn, red onion and warmly melted blue-cheese dressing sliding into the crenellations of the lettuce. They then dined on savory, spice-crusted yellow-fin tuna served with black bean salad in a lemony dressing.

The group then sampled mini \"Boomer-burgers\" topped with mushrooms, goat cheese and truffles and mini \"Ultimate burgers\" replete with sweet onions, Gorgonzola and Pancetta dressed with a reduction of aged balsamic vinegar. Each mini is two-to-three bites and a tasty cocktail appetizer, a late night supper or party fare mixing several combos.

According to Nick Bilello, \"The wine dinner guests were blown away by the dessert! We served a rich pumpkin milkshake with espresso whipped cream and chocolate chip cookies. Each course was paired with excellently appropriate wines.\"

They have a variety of new, fall/winter dishes to warm hungry diners on cold days. These include steak on a plate, a new crab dip and batter fried avocados with two dips. And, says Nick, \"We are baking lots of pies for the winter holidays! Individual servings of blueberry, apple and cherry pie will be featured.\"

The menu at BB&B has something for every member of the family, from martinis for Grandma to special coffees for Dad, excellent beers, organic juices and sodas, plus an extensive wine list. Their burgers are unique and delicious from turkey, to veggie to Kobe beef.
